ADMIN LOCK FOR NO REASON!!!!
Useless Service. Vodacom has Admin locked my account. After there has been suspected ***** on my account. Went to a vodacom Mall of the South 4 U store and Xolile has escalated the issue as the store cannot assist. THERE IS NO ***** ON MY ACCOUNT.
Vodacom has legally no right to admin lock an account without an court interdict for theft purposes.
I have been a client for the last 13 years, if this is how vodacom treats their customers its a joke. My account is up to date. If Vodacom does not unlock my account I will cancel my account and vodacom will be liable for the rest of the money due for the early cancellation.
