ADMIN LOCK EC-1TOI-218VDA

I AM NOT SICK AND TIRED OF THE SERVICE THAT VODACOM IS GIVING ME ALL I NEED IS FOR THE ADMIN LOCK TO BE REMOVED FROM MY NUMBER IN ORDER FOR ME TO DO A SIM SWAP ITS ALMOST TWO MONTHS WITHOUT MY NUMBER ALL IM GETTING IS EMAILS ASKING ME RIDICULOUS QUESTIONS CAN I GET SOMEONE WHO IS COMPETENT WHO CAN REMOVE THE ADMIN LOCK FROM MY NUMBER BECAUSE WOW WHO EVER IS DEALING WITH MY CASE RIGHT NOW IS SO FLIPPING *********** AND IM SICK AND TIRED OF IT NOW HAD TO CHANGE NUMBERS JUST BECAUSE OF THE INCOMPETENCE

I HAVE ALSO RESPONDED AGAIN TO THE EMAIL THAT I JUST WENT TO VODACOM AND MYNUMBER STILL SAYS LOCKING RESTRICTED WHEN THEY ARE TRYING TO PERFOM A SIM SWOP SO I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE
