ADMIN FEES - WHY

WELL, WELL, WELL yet again the poor service received from Vodacom has astounded me. Then again should I really be astounded its second nature to Vodacom judging by many many complaints posted on this truly remarkable site.<br> <br> So lets see after my previous posting a week later I had a consultant call me, to advise me that the R150.00 admin fee will be waivered and that I will receive an email confirming this.<br> <br> Its now the 6 March and im still waiting for the mail and to make it even better I called today to see if this has been noted on my account and guess what.... NOTHING...<br> <br> Wow VODACOM you have truly outdone yourselves CONGRATULATIONS ill whole heartedly be recommending my friends to switch across to VODACOM (that day will come when hell freezes over) I say Viva MTN viva... Viva Cell C Viva...... <br> <br> MTN or cell C I will be visiting you over the weekend I truly hope that your service will be at least 80% better than VODACOM
