ADMIN FEE CHARGES - WHY!!!!

I am totally shocked at having to pay admin fee charges (R150.00) when upgrading an existing contract. Are we not loyal enough by signing another 24 month contract and binding ourselves to Vodacom...... Now we have to pay these fees talk about ripping customers off......<br> <br> I have been with Vodacom for several years committing my self over and over again and yet they still want to *&#*! you over with admin fees.. Why Vodacom why!!!!!<br> <br> Honestly Im seriously considering cancelling my contract with Vodacom informing friends and family about how they are getting ********** for being loyal.....
