ADMIN FAILURE
Not sure why there are vodacom shops in malls and why they bother to employ and pay people who cannot do a simple task and follow up.
On several occasions we have gone into cresta vodacom store to have our company account, wait, yes, our COMPANY ACCOUNT updated. If they treat a company like a number... then contract holders in private capacity must really get the runaround with vodacom.
the SIMPLE task is to make sure that all the invoices reflect the correct details and physical address, as REQUIRED BY LAW!
