Admin Deleting voda pay app on my phone!

I really don't know what's happening. In February, I purchased an Easy-to-Own phone in Cape Town on Adderley Street. This morning I woke up to find that Admin had deleted my Vodapay app. I redownloaded, just to see that it had been deleted by admin again, and my Easy to Own app had been updated by admin. I have no control over this
