Admin block with no reason or solution
One evening I suddenly realise that I can't make or receive calls, sms, or data. After calling customer support from another account, I learn that there is an admin block on my account. Nobody can tell me why. Nobody seems to be able to lift it. Nobody cares to really try. It's prepaid, so I cannot be in arrears on payment, I RICAed the SIM when I bought it, I don't use any of the promotional services etc. Just like that, a phone number with over 8 years worth of contacts and 2FAs set up is blocked with no resolution. It is scary how little Vodacom cares for it's customers.
