Address cannot be found for Fibre Installation

I app**** for fibre through one of the Vodacom vuma sales agent on the 24th Nov 2025 & paid the R439 required. Prior to making payment I did make my agent aware that the address on the order he created was incorrect and he advised me to pay this will be sorted. The installation guy calls me & confirms the address I make him aware that is not the correct address I provide him with the correct address which he advised will be fixed on the system prior to installation. Later on, he calls & advises me that my address cannot be picked up & if I can send my location to which I advised I'm not home. He said he will text me from his cellphone number in order for me to send the location later which till now he has not done so. This is frustrating as my sales agent was the one who was supposed to make sure that my address is correct. I can't reach the installation guy as he calls me from different contact numbers & I have cancelled my current service provider hoping this installation will be sorted by 1 December which I did indicate to the sales agent prior to placing an order. This is poor service REALLY it is.
