Additions to bill
After paying way too much via a debit order I found out that there are two items on my bill R130 for "gameMine" and R130 for "other"... my contract is for R242 and nou R260 gets added for nothing. I never requested it and I expect a full refund. I have sent complaints to Vodacom customer care. They first asked for a lot of personal detail. I rep**** that they should please call me I cant send them all the details. Then they rep**** they are having trouble phoning ... (vodacom cant phone me...).
