<p>Have been to Vodacom Head office and still no help. There are service request that are still open and not closed. I have had a consultant phone aquisitons to find out if there is anything with my ITC or anything on my account and they have said there isnt. The lady has advised me that sometimes the system has issues. I have spoken to the ITC and there are no negative info on my name all my accounts are paid on a regular basis. Staff help at most branches Menlyn, Grove and Hatfeld are so inexperienced and dont even know how to help. I guess im not going to win i think i will have to go to a different servoce provider. </p>
