Additional Contract

<p>I app**** for an additional contract on my current Vodacom Account.</p> <p>I recieved an sms to say it has been proceesed and that they will contact me. I then contacted Vodacom to do a follow up and they infomed me that it has been sent to dispatch and a person will contact me with a tracking number. This happend and a person contacted me with a tracking number informing me that there are 2 one being the sim and the other being the device. <br />Only to contact Vodacom and they informed me that there was a problem on there system. This is after hundred of telphone calls to Vodacom after the call get dropped and cut off.<br />They informed me that it is a problem on there side and that when i get the sim card from the delievery company i need to refuse it and then return it back so it can be cancelled and then i should re-apply.</p> <p> </p> <p>I think that this shocking service after me calling the whole day only to be told at 15:00 that there is a system problem.<br />After being a Vodacom customer for so long and having treatment like this i am truely disappinted and honestly considering moving my cellphone contracts to another service provider</p>
