Adding to the Coronavirus stress

I've been a client of Vodacom for more than 15 years. I experienced some financial difficulties with payments and was moved to a prepaid line. Today I contacted them to settle my account and move forward with my service. The consultant advised that my line will be terminated and cancelled off the network completely. NOTHING CAN BE DONE!!! During the country's lockdown most people are unable to get around as easily or sort out their bills, here I am trying to get things sorted out only to be LEFT stranded by Vodacom. So no one can contact me on my phone for work or anything else. I had almost R200 airtime and 5gigs of data that they just wiped off from my line. This is the 1st time in history that I'm faced with such disgusting excuses not forgetting the worst customer retention service ever. Now I have to leave the safety of my home during this life threatening virus to update details at my bank for personal and work, and not to mention sending new contact details to clients, colleagues and family. HOW IS VODACOM GOING TO FIX THIS!!! Heaven forbid I leave and even after taking all precaution get INFECTED!!
