Adding to account Without Consent.
Why is it that every time Vodacom sends emails with Quotes attached.. With the title you owe them money. Just keep in mind that I have paid all my bills! Yes I had 3 numbers on contract. My Contract finished in March 2023 But my Router Sims Contract was stopped in 2021. All my bills were paid and on Date. I Canceled all my contracts and The Insurance, all the Cancelation fees has been paid as well. Now they keep billing me for INSURANCE and they Added an RED Flexi Zero Package to my account Without my Consent. After we paid the "CANCELATION FEES" Twice they keep on billing me for the INSURANCE and RED FLEXI ZERO PACKAGE. We went in to the store to go and find out what is going on they told me that all the payments are done and I no longer owe them anything and i am now on a prepaid system! They blocked my phone once again and they keep on telling me I must pay the money after I was told I no longer owe anything! Fix this problem ASAP! Or I will Just leave you're Company.
I am writing an review to inform you that someone contacted me in regard with my refund for the money I overpaid and the refund should have been made on the 3rd of OCT.
Today is the 23rd of NOV and yet I still did not receive my Refund!.
It has been +-70 days since the request for the refund.
This whole thing is starting to get ridiculous!.
Vodacom is starting to go downhill they say they will look into it and yet nothing is done.
I need my refund this issue is on their side and not mine!.
Please fix this problem immediately some of us do not have the money to throw all over the place.
