Adding subscription without permission
Vodacom Fibre had an agent in our area taking your details for them to contact you regarding Fibre plans, However this guy just add plans to my existing contract without my approval or knowledge, I have his name and number and want action taken against him THIS IS ***** and he needs to be punished as vodacom are bullies and have no aftercarsales experience or complaints line besides an email *** this is really bad a company of this magnitude
