Adding services without my knowledge
My account was upgraded a few days ago this morning at 6 I receive an sms indicating that vodacom has chosen to subscribe me to cover for my account upon my death.....
Where did I sign for this service? I want it removed immediately. Upon making contact with Vodacom their call center knows about nothing, but sure as hell its on my monthly bill.....
Remove this uselsss service from my account Vodacom!!!!!!!!!!!
