Adding services without consent

Since when do you geniuses decide that, without a client's consent, you will activate CLI on a data contract? I refuse to pay for that. Furthermore you altered the contract placing yourself in breach of contract, thus I will pay only the amount we have agreed upon when the upgrade was done. If you so desire we can go to court for your error.
