Actually zero stars
Honestly one on the worst consumer brands there in terms terms of customer service. Utterly disappointed but not surprised. Rather just go with Telkom or something else and avoid terrible treatment. Vodacom does not care about its customers

It seems there is no one available to customers but you have no problem sending out constant bills for services you are not delivering. Terrible experience at every encounter with Vodacom, 100% guaranteed.
