Activating 3 in 1 sim card.

I bought a 3 in 1 Sim card online. I bought it to put into a router for internet and wi-fi service. It was delivered via courier. I didn't know how to activate it because it came with no instructions. I called *** and was told that I needed to put the sim card in a cell phone to activate it first. I didn't have an extra cellphone with me so I had to arrange that first. At about 16h45 I phoned again and after answering a few security questions was told that she was going to put me through to the network department because it seemed as though I didn't receive a signal via the router. Another lady answered the phone and asked why they put me through to her. I told her apparently I had a network signal problem. She started asking me security questions again. I answered them correctly except the one where she asked me if one of the features of the contract was identity caller. I didn't know the answer because I bought the sim card not to use in a cell phone but to use in a wi fi router. I also did not get a printed contract from Vodacom that I could read to establish if I had this feature. She was adamant that I should answer the question. The more I told her I don't know the answer the more adamant she got that I should answer yes or no. She said that I should try and answer yes or no and that my answer of "I don't know" was not acceptable. She refused to help me any further before I answer the question to her satisfaction. This is after I already gave her my ID number, Bank name and debit order date. She frustrated me so that I started screaming at her eventually because I felt that she was being difficult because I already answered three security questions correctly. She reluctantly put me through to someone else with a snotty goodbye message that other people also will not help me because I couldn't answer the question. Anyway, she put me through and a person with the name Vuyo Sumba answered the phone. It was like he was sent from heaven. He was so calm and collected and professional and had such good manners and patiently assisted me step by step until we got the sim card activated. If it was not for Vuyo Sumba's friendliness and knowledge I would have cancelled my contract with Vodacom the next day, Vuyo Sumba should be made manager of his department. Thanks Vuyo!
