Activated a my mag 500 but did not receive data

I have a contract with vodacom on the 27th Nov 2015 i activated my mag 500 and received a prorata data till month end Nov then on 28th Nov 2015 i bought 500 mb,i have checked on the 1st Dec 2015 i was suppose to receive 500 mb which i never got.please investigate and provide me with proof of data recharge and data.
