Activate contracts for unemployed without your permission

Keep on phoning me about upgrades, telling me they are moving me to a cheaper package, keep on sending me SMSs "Congratulations on your new Vodacom contact" 01 June which I did not request. On 26 April, 17 May and 18 May "Your LTE-Prepaid has been activated and valid until ." Yet my account has climbed to over R700. And I am unemployed. Email their Customer Care to please investigate this huge bill but they do not reply. So they don't care for customers. Just increase their accounts.

Reviewer Update
Many thanks Theo. I have rep****. Vodacom's processes need to be urgently reviewed as smooth sales consultants that need to meet their targets are adding upgrades to contracts of unemployed without the customer requesting it and they should be held accountable for disregarding the Credit Act and the Consumer Protection Act. This ************ behaviour is a huge concern for me. Telesales should be abolished and upgrades should be either in person at your shops or sales consultants responding to email requests or requests via your App. Then this ************ selling will not happen
