Accounts negligence horror

I lodged a complaint regarding a wrong statement with Vodacom and was promised a call back. I'm yet to receive that call. Vodacom also promised to get back to me after reading my review on this platform but I'm still waiting. I have been greatly inconvenienced because of this as I cannot do anything on my device, and I'm considering moving my business to another service provider.

A few years ago, I had a cell phone contract with Vodacom. Upon completing the registration forms, I specified that I would prefer the debit order be made on the 15th of every month, lo and behold Vodacom deducts on the 1st. I proceeded to cancel the debit order so I could pay them physically instead, because clearly they are ***********. A few years later I tried to open an account with Truworths and was told I have a bad credit record because I skipped a payment at Vodacom. I was livid. I had to explain that the payment was made although the debit order was cancelled because of their mistake. I have never skipped a payment with them or anywhere else for that matter. Vodacom has been getting away with ****** for too long. Anyone who's thinking of joining them would be making a grave mistake. The call center agents are also not very helpful and are extremely rude. I spoke to a Onkemetse and boy her attitude stinks. She told me I should've known better regarding my statement. Nobody wants to admit that I have been treated poorly and that the error is on their side, instead I'm being treated as if they're doing me a favor for being their customer. These are the results of a huge customer base, huh, arrogance carelessness and rudeness.

Since Vodacom has blocked me, I want to leave them in peace and want this on record on this platform that they have abused me and because of this they will not tarnish my good credit record because of their negligence. They refuse to reconnect me despite making payment this past Friday 14/08. Enough is enough
