ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT SUCKS!

<p>People are not doing their Job. I did an early cancellation of my contract in March this year, i paid everything that was due to vodacom then the retentions department sent me an email to confirm cancellation of the contract ***. Now in April nd May they deducted my account FOR WHAT REASON??????????? NO DO YOUR JOB. I AM GOING TO DO A STOP ORDER TO GET MY MONEY BACK.</p> <p>AND PLEASE DONT BOTHER REPLYING WITH A PETTY STANDARD MESSAGE.</p>
