End of Jan I wanted to cancel my contract and they offered me a new contract that I took not on that new contract the bill has a yearly increase amount on my first month with the contract. They cannot explain how that is possible and say they will investigate and that does not help me as i still have to pay my bill today or they will run to the credit bureau for a missed payment. they put you on hold hoping you will drop the call.
