Accounts are broken for Vodacom, do not trust thier system.

Since 8 September 2019 I have received invoices to my primary email with R0 as the amount due, 7 Months later, I get an invoice on 08 April 2020 dated 30 March 2020 for R6,502.49 due on the 31st March 2020.

After calling the finance department numerous times, I cannot even speak to a consultant long enough to get a status on my issue, my number doesn't even exist on file.

This is a poor service provider and I would not recommend anyone ever use this if your a everyday consumer who prefers professionalism and having a wholesome idea of your bill each and every month.

I do not even understand how you can send me an invoice dated later than the issue date or due date.
