Due to a financial situation, my debit for February dis not go off. Anyway a double debit did go off on Monday morning for the contract. Two days down the line I am still unable to make calls or go onto my watsapp. What frustrates me is that when taking our money every month you will never get a call saying thank you, we value you as our customer, but yet when it's a problem on our side you will get constant reminders and calls. I am a single mom and have only my cell to use... I use public transport and should something happen I am unable to contact anyone.
