Am hoping this complain lands on the right hands because my brother is not getting any assistance.

Last year November my brother Eric opened a case with you guys that someone opened an account *****ulently and till today his case is not solved. He is trying to buy a property and this *****ulent account is standing on his way.

Case or Ref no:EC-1U54-1ILS08 is still open and it’s starting to frustrate him. He needs this account closed as in yesterday so that he can move on from this.
