Accounting Enquiries NOT resolved for over 2 weeks

In the month of April, I was paid late which caused my Vodacom debit order to bounce. On 30 April I called the call centre and requested the payments to go off on the 1st of each month as of END OF MAY. I than requested an email stating that i would be charged an additional R100 for the bounced debit order, which I have not recieved. On the 3rd of May, I was now charged double for my bill, which I had enquired, on the 6th of May the month was than REFUNDED into my acccount, an amount of R954.98 BY VODACOM and not by a request by me. I went into a Vodacom shop to pay the monthly charge I owe of R478. On 2 June i was charged an amount of R1531.96, I than called Vodacom to understand why, the young lady than transfered me to her supevisor/ team leader who had explained that it was a Vodacom issue which she would have escalated and I would be called within 2 days, this was on the 2nd of June already. I have not recieved any call, no email, no text (apart from being told I am owing on my account). I recieved a reference number on the 3rd of June, have been waiting for feedback to know what is going on. I did the reversal of the R1531.96 and once the feedback is recieved, i would pay the owned amount of R578 (inclusive of the R100 for bounced debit order). I am really unhappy with the way in which I have been treated, I am not happy with regards to the way in which my budget is being toyed around with, with no regards to my finances. I am still waiting for feedback and this will start affecting my credit record - which I am not happy with. Vodacom needs to ensure that their staff is aware of how the system does it's payments and why was the R954.98 paid back into my account if it was indeed money I was owing to Vodacom? Who made this payment and why should I be paying for Vodacom's errors?
