account which i did not open-affected my c/record

Hey there. I recently tried opening an account only to find that my credit record was reflecting badly. Upon questioning this i discovered that someone had opened a vodacom account using my idea. I then went to the two vodacom stores in cape gate only to be told that someone from vodacom would call, but I'm still waiting for them. I went to the police to fill in an affidavit stating that I did not open such an account, and faxed it through to them. To this day I have not received a call from them. This account has been unpaid on my record since 2013.
