Account vodacom

Hi, On Friday 13th March 2020 I payed cash on my Vodacom account. I pay an amount of R 2,106.00. On 19 March 2020 Vodacom took R 2,106.00 out of my account. My Nedbank showed me that Vodacom did took the money amount of R 2,106.00. I have called Vodacom where the survice was not very good and helpful and they say that the proof I have send not anought proof is. I cannot affort to loose the amount of R2,106.00. Please Hello Peter help me!!!
