Account Transfer mess-up

My mother and I had her account transffered to me in September. From then we went through all sorts of hell, from being double charged to now finding out that the account is still in her name. When we were trying to sort out the double charge issue, my mothers name appeared on Vodacom's old system, while mine appeared on the new system. Today when I phoned Vodacom to enquire on my debit order that should have gone off yesterday, the call centre told me that the acount is in my mother's name on both their old and new system.

I wouldn't advise anybody to do business with Vodacom. They have no care for the consumer's protection act and have no value for their costumers. If you are already with them, I would advise you cancel as soon as possible and move to another network which actually values their customers.
