Account suspended for NO REASON!
My account has been suspended FOR NO REASON! The phones are not being answered for HOURS due to 'high call volume'! Im fed-up with Vodacom!!!

19 Mar 2021, 09:37This is absolutely ridiculous!! My wifi is also suspended with my cellphone lines FOR THE 5TH TIME THIS WEEK without no reason!!! I am sooo fed up with this service!!! No supervisor or manager available to help?? And I only get a 'sorry mam it may take a whole day' when I need this to work with!!!
