ACCOUNT SUSPENDED DUE TO VODACOM'S INCOMPETENCE

I had to change my banking details, so i thought i would follow the correct steps...

I went into the Vodacom Store on the 11 June, completed their application, gave them a copy of my ID,and new banking particulars. At the end of June Vodacom debited the wrong account.

I spoke to a consultant via telephone from their collections department yesterday (25 July 2016) as they stopped my account. she informed me that we can arrange a double debit order and she would reinstate my line AND ALL WOULD BE IN ORDER.. This morning I wake up to my phone being cut AGAIN!!!

The telephone consultant is telling me that I need to obtain a reference number from the store to get it unblocked.

So I make contact with Cape Gate store (THE STORE THAT I GAVE ALL MY DETAILS TOO), they dont have a refernece number for me, but do have proof that the documentation was submitted successfully.

Vodacom is flat out refusing to reinstate my account until I make payment/or the double debit runs off on the 1st.

Between the consultant at store and the telephone consultant, one of them is lying.

The store calls me back to say that she spoke to the consultant desk and i was given "false" information as even if i had a reference number they wouldnt unblock my account. I am at my wit s end.

Vodacom whether it be the store at fault or the accounts department for lack of capturing, I dont see why the client must always go out of their way to fix YOUR mistakes.

I am furious, i use my phone for business purposes and now I sit without a phone until they debit my account.

Management from the store doesnt get involved, supervisors from the telephone help desk/accounts department are never available and their consultants seem to "not know their stuff/ or lie to clients just to get them off the phone"

Over and above this I am being penalised R100 for them to reinstate my line and R40 for the debit order that didnt run correctly due to their incompetance!!!!

what is this world coming too?

do we need to do their jobs for them???

SORT OUT MY ACCOUNT NOW, I AM LIVID
