Account suspended but paid

Can you please provide where the account is in arrears this account is up to date as far as my records shows. so now data has been lost due to being suspended Acc info I ********** -7 This account been suspended but statement shown 0 owing common get it right. My forms indicated debit order the 3rd of the month but yet went off at the 1st. I made the payments manually every month to keep it up to date have a look and fix your mistake. Btw Also refund all data due to your mistake that we did not receive
