Account still not resolved!!!
Still awaiting URGENT feedback on the credits for July, so that I can contact cancel the 4 contracts in time as to not be billed in September.

AGAIN STRUGGLING FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS AND NO RESOLUTION?? THERE WAS NO DISCUSSION WITH ME!! SO THIS IS STILL NOT RESOLVED!! BEFORE YOU JUST GO AND SWITCH MY PHONE OFF!!! PLEASE ADVISE WHO YOU SPOKE TO?? AS I MOST DEFINITELY DON'T HAVE THE FEEDBACK AND HOW IT'S RESOLVED??

31 Aug 2026, 13:24Again COMMUNICATION being a huge problem!! So let me know that July credits have been done so I can cancel the 4 lines. I have been struggling with Vodacom now for almost 2 months. So can this please be Done today??

31 Aug 2026, 14:50Again I have contacted the subscriber collection department. NO CREDITS DONE!! When will this be resolved?? If not today I can't cancel the 4 lines. Vodacom is delaying everything. Can you please urgently get these credits be done so I can get the 4 numbers canceled and the buy out amount so I can get my account settled. Your urgent response will be highly appreciated!
