Account still not fixed

After two months plus finally get a credit note payment another huge amount. Now have been struggling since last week to take out a double deal contract. Has the customer service just disappeared? My account was apparently going to be corrected by Saturday it's a week later still struggling. Would really appreciate it if this can be resolved.
