Account soft locked

We have recently upgraded our standing contracts with Vodacom. Went well for the first couple of weeks but now we are experiencing a very irritating problem that happens at least every second day.

I will out of the blue receive a SMS that states that my account has been soft lock due to the fact that I have reached my credit limit, after receiving this SMS I'm unable to make outgoing calls. I have phoned Vodacom's customer care service on three separate occasions to get my account unsuspended, each time they were very helpful but the next day when I want to make an outgoing call the phone does exactly the same stating that my account has been suspended yet again.
The customer care representative told me that I need to go to my nearest Vodashop and inform them of this particular problem.
The following day I went to my nearest Vodashop and reported the problem they rep**** by telling me that it was a mistake at Vodacom and that their technicians are tending to this problem.

It's been nearly 4 days now that I can't make outgoing calls without calling the Vodashop in Springs to please unlock my account before making any calls, I am really frustrated because I need to run a business via my phone and as you can suspect it is very difficult to run a business without being able to make outgoing calls.

The representatives at the Vodashop are very helpful each time I call them but their hands are tied, until Vodacom sorts this technical problem I have to call them each morning and ask them to unlock my suspended account.

I am currently a Vodacom customer for the past 10 years now and I've never experienced anything like this, it is simply ridiculous to call a Vodashop or a customer care line before I am able to make outgoing calls from my mobile phone.

I hope that a Vodacom representative reads this post on hellopeter.com and reply promptly because I simply can't handle this anymore.
