Account shows in arrears of R0.00

When I log in my account shows that its in arrears for R0.00. <br> This is ridiculous. Firstly it has been up to date since the 15th. Secondly R0.00?<br> This was pointed out to Vodacom on Monday 15th. Today its the 18 Thursday!
