Account reopened
My Vodacom account has been closed since February, but it has remained active on 'My Credit Check' and 'Clearscore'. The balance just showed R0.00. However, I received a notification today from 'My Credit Check' that the account has been reopened and the outstanding balance is now R333.00. How is this possible?
My account number is I***.
