Account query

<p>Good Day. I phoned the call centre in June to cancel all my contracts with Vodacom. I never received a ref number from the consultant but said the calls are recorded and that I can use my ID or cellphone as reference. The accounts were confirmed cancelled. Months later I receive an invoice from Vodacom. I phoned the callcentre and was sent fro pillar to post. I resorted to going to the shop at 135 Rivonia in Sandton. Mpho said he cannot assist and sent my query to the collections department and that was on the 5th December 2016. To date no feedback and I have just received a call from the lawyers that Vodacom has handed me over to the lawyers. I'm disappointed because their call centre and the shop could not assist. I have sent numerous emails to the vodacom customer care email and no response. I'm shocked and disappointed by Vodacom's service. Very bad and terrible. Please can you help me. I need proof of what I'm owing and the copy of the audio conversation in June confirming my accounts have been closed and that I'm owing nothing. My account number is : I ********** .
