Account Querry

After the complaint that I lodged in with Hello Peter, someone from Vodacom called me and promissed to sort out all my complaints, todate I have never received the feedback from Vodacom Head Office but some lawyers are bothering me witht the arrangements to pay and they do not have the breakdown as requested, I need Vodacom to take take responsibility of all this and make sure that their monthly updates with the Crewdit bureau are rectified and the amounts outstanding are changed not the amount that is reflecting currently, I said earlier I will pay the outstanding amounts but after the true reflection of the amounts owing, alternatively they must take off the account from the bureau until they do the honourable thing contact me
