account problem

i had an account with vodacom but cancelled it due to bad service and client service.<br> my account was handed to the legal department.<br> i paid the amount asked by the people and everytime i ask them for a proof they said its R75 so i did pay that R75 never got the letter.<br> my account is showing at the credit bereau.<br> its been over 2 years and stil its showing badly. the account has been pai in full.
