ACCOUNT PAID UP BUT MY NAME ON ITC

I had a cellphone contract with Altech Autopage with an Vodacom number, Altech Autopage closed down without notify me where I will follow up my account or pay my account, next thing I was handed over to the lawyers for that account and I made arrangements and paid up the account and received a paid up letter, just after receiving the paid up letter received a call from other lawyers which i refer them to where I have paid up my account with. Now I cannot get credit anywhere because of this vodacom account.
