Account over my limit !

I recall clearly that I went into Vodacom Gateway and requested that my bill not exceed R 500 - due to the ridiculous charges that I was billed previously.<br> I got a bill this month over THAT LIMIT.<br> <br> I will not be responsible for that amount because I had a limit set at R 500.<br> Please credit my account immediately.
