Account over billling

Been experiencing endless issues with Vodacom billing department from and after upgrading my contract of over 15 years with Vodacom.

I have never experienced such a bad service at Vodacom with the *********** Service Agents and their so called "cold" Managers. Customer Service and soft s****s are a major problem lately at Vodacom.

Upgrade process was a nightmare, incorrect capturing and miscommunication between the upgrades department and other departments that were involved delayed the process.... story for another decade.

Invoice billing after then from May to date has been horrific as well. After the upgrade I was over billed, noticed the issue on July Invoice. Immediately contacted Vodacom raising this issue. Service request ref 1- ********** ********** 37 was logged for over billing dispute on July Invoice, this was captured. It was confirmed as resolved with credit passed and correct debit order loaded.

To my surprise, the same Invoice amount that i had disputed as incorrect was debited so i then reversed that debit and called Vodacom again querying on this. I was again advised that it will be escalated with credit and correct amount debited and will I also be contacted by a Teamlead.

So none of the above happened till on Friday the 04/08/2017 after receiving messages that I'm outstanding payment and my line will be suspended. I called again to another Service Agent whom I had to explain myself to again. He advised on the amount that should have been debited on my account.

I called again on the following week, Monday 07/08/2017 and spoke to another Agent and I had to explain my query, reiterate my frustrations again.... mind you they have systems that has no history of my queries hence I had to tell the story agin from my birth!!

So the Agent loaded the debit order for the 10/08/2017 with another amount, deferent to what was advised on the 04/08/2017... again this comes from the same company but different outcomes from their own systems.

Debit order never went through as was scheduled for the 10/08/2017 and I received another threatening message that I'm outstanding payment and my line will be suspended, okay I ignored the message thinking the debited will still run, probably delayed due to a public holiday. On Friday the 11/08/2017 received another threatening message and my line was finally suspended, bathong!!

Okay I then called, spoke to another Service Agent and her line manager, mhm again I had to go through the story with them. They then advised to escalate the line suspension, log a dispute case and call me later during the day to provide feedback with reference. That never happened but at least my line services were reinstated with account debited on the 12/08/2017.

The following week I received couple of messages confirming the issues to have been resolved with free 3 days data.

Hau bathong just when I though the matter was laid to rest, message with outstanding payment again... to avoid line disruptions please make payment?? Another message followed with the same contents but a deferent amount that is due for payment?

Okay I ignored as it was towards month end of August and waited for debit order to run which never happened as normally scheduled for last day of the Month. Okay I gave it sometime of a week to see if something will maybe happen? So on Monday 04/09/2017 another threatening message stating that my line will be converted to prepaid if outstanding amount won't be paid?

So I called again today 06/09/2017 and spoke to another manager whom seem to be lost in her way of channeling this for resolution? If she sounded confused and not being able to find her way and with a systems that does not keep records of logged queries and also sounded uninterested to assist... what assurance do I have that this will be resolved, confidence is out the widow so as Customer Service at Vodacom.
