Account number NM ***

My account was debited in January 2015 with the amount of R834.00 while I also paid R834.00 via eft . It was at the time when Nashua Mobile was taken over by Vodacom . <br> The amount paid via eft still does not reflect on my account and through various e-mails since January 2015 the issue is still not resolved . I have correspondence at hand that on Tuesday 28 April 2015 Vodacom confirmed that they have established the payment and that my account would be corrected , however since that time the issue is still not resolved .
