Account not same as Contract

Good Morning <br> I have a Vodacom Contract uChoose Smart S - I get 75 Airtime min, 200MG data, 200 Sms per month that what do not use will be brought over to the next month for a month The month of April I had 146.56 Airtime min, 137.06 Data and 300 sms left on the 30 April at 9:28 the morning Then on the 1st of May nothing was brought forward to my account I received for the month of May 79.43 Airtime min, 201.17 data, 210 sms That means Vodacom took 142.13 airtime min, 136.06mg data, and 290 sms never brought that fwd, I launched a complaint at Woodlands Vodacom with Tariena and up to today nothing happend but a Mpho who called to identify if its me Mrs De Beer asked my id, my bank details, and the full security check but still I payed for R200.88 for Vodacom to take back at the end of April and no explanation I do have proof of all calls which is about 3 and and sms and data made for April but they don't and there answer according to a Natasha is that I used every thing ??? and that in 15 hours from 9:28 to 12:00 at night of 30/4/2015 When I took this contract Natasha told me a few times that what I do not use will be brought fwd for a month ?? So the contract is bridged by Vod
