Account issues AGAIN
Yet again, 3rd month that vodacom is harassing me for payment yet I paid the monies in, was confirmed by the agent as received, and will be allocated within two hours!
This morning I receive below:
Hi, R1250.16 is due on your Vodacom account ******x today. Kindly check your statement for various payment options or call *** for queries.
Pathetic service from vodacom despite exorbitant prices!
