account issues!!!!

hi there I'm having issues with vodacom as they have failed to sort out my account this has been going on since Feb and we are now going into October!!! they have failed to allocate a payment on my account!! every month they suspend my lines and its always an excuse I've supp**** a year's worth of proof of payments and still nothing I've just been pushed from pillar to post I've been hung up on numerous occasions while trying to sort the matter out as the consultants just aren't bothered or interested in helping you!!! I'm at my whits end and frustrated as I'm getting no where this is going to affect my rating negatively even though the fault is not mine I've literally phoned every two weeks and submitted the relevant documents over 11 times I've spoken to supervisors with no luck! very fed up with the service or lack thereof! and I've been a customer for over 11years
