Account Issues

<p>Hi. It seems there are always issues ith these people. A few months ago i changed by bank and advised Vodacom of this. I even confirmed with the consultant. A month went by and i noticed that they were still using the old account so I called them yet again to fix it. Months go by. No phone calls no sms no email then they tell ne today. Funny hey, they say they did try and contact me LOAD OF *******. they did not only today did i get a call saying my account has been deleted due to non payment. Vodacom is SAs WORST!!! service provider. They now want me to pay almost R4000 to settle. They didnt even consult me just deleted the account. I am not unreasonable would have settled the arrears. People be aware and careful of these ******* rather switch to Telkom you get to modify the signal with other service provider towers plus you get much better service and extras.</p>
