Account issue

Vodacom... I previously raised my concern and my complaint because of a fault on my account from your side... You rep**** on a private message that it was sorted out... In fact it was NOT sorted out... Please contact me and speak to me about my complaint please... I have been a loyal costumer for more than 27 years...i really dont deserve this service...
